Itinerary Guide
Day 01
  1. Assemble at the Durvankur Office, from where the journey to Mumbai and further to Sri Lanka will begin.
  2. Upon arrival at Colombo International Airport, immigration formalities will be completed, and the group will be transferred to the hotel in Colombo.
  3. After check-in, the remainder of the day will be at leisure to relax after the journey.
Day 02
  1. Depart for Bentota after a delicious breakfast. En route, visit the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery.
  2. Proceed to Madu River for a boat safari, exploring the mangrove ecosystems and small river islands with wildlife such as monkeys, monitor lizards, crocodiles, and kingfishers.
  3. Upon completion of the excursion, transfer to the hotel for check-in and rest.

Day 03
  1. After breakfast, visit Nuwara Eliya to explore the Seetha Amman Temple, also known as Ashok Vatika. This temple is believed to be the location where Sita was held captive by King Ravana, as described in the Ramayana.
  2. Then proceed to Victoria Park, featuring small lakes formed by the Nanu Oya stream and is home to various bird species, as well as a playground and miniature railway.
  3. The day’s final stop will be at Gregory Lake, known for its picturesque views.
  4. Upon conclusion of the day's sightseeing, check in at the hotel and spend the evening at leisure.

Day 04
  1. A full-day excursion to Ella. An optional visit may be made to the Ravana Cave, located 2 km outside of Ella, where, according to legend, King Ravana hid Princess Sita.
  2. Please note: The ascent involves approximately 650 steep and uneven steps and is not recommended for elderly travelers.
  3. Visit the iconic Nine Arch Bridge, also known as the “Bridge in the Sky”.
  4. The excursion will conclude with a visit to Ravana Waterfall, one of the widest falls in Sri Lanka.
  5. Following the day's visits, return to Nuwara Eliya for the night.

Day 05
  1. After breakfast, transfer to Kandy, with several sightseeing stops en route.
  2. Visit the Gem Gallery to observe the traditional processes of Sri Lanka’s gemstone industry.
  3. Then visit the Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple in Ramboda, which features the tallest Hanuman statue in Sri Lanka.
  4. Next, visit the Spice Garden, where guests will be introduced to various herbs and spices.
  5. In the evening, attend the Kandy Cultural Show. Hotel check-in will follow, and guests may relax for the night.

Day 06
  1. After breakfast, travel to Colombo. En route, visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.
  2. The facility is set in a lush area with access to ample water from the nearby Ma Oya River.
  3. Upon arrival in Colombo, explore the major landmarks of the city and take some free time for shopping.
  4. Transfer to the hotel for check-in and rest.

Day 07
  1. As per the return flight schedule, guests will be transferred to Colombo International Airport for the journey back home.
