Pricing & Inclusions:

• Tour prices are based on current rates of exchange, airfare, taxes, and fuel surcharges. Any increase in these will be charged to the traveler before the final payment.
• Inclusions and exclusions are clearly mentioned in the tour itinerary. Any personal expenses, optional activities, or services not specifically mentioned are not included.

Travel Documents & Requirements:

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid government-issued ID or passport (for international tours), required visas, and health documents.
• Durvankur Holidays is not responsible for the traveler being denied entry due to improper documentation.

Health & Safety:

• Travelers are expected to be in good health to undertake the tour.
• Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Tour Itinerary & Changes:

• Durvankur Holidays reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, arrangements, or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political unrest, airline issues, or any event beyond our control.
• In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives without compromising on the overall quality of the tour.

Liability:

• Durvankur Holidays acts only as an agent for transportation, accommodation, and other services. We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by third-party providers.
• Participation in adventure or outdoor activities is at the traveler's own risk.
